"An 82% increase in 2025!!! I previously had a 6-month cost of $1,257.44, or monthly payment of $209.57 (but was charged $230.30/month and they have not explained why). As I understand, an at-fault parking lot incident would be 1 point. More than two years have passed with a clean record as well as mileage that decreased to 1/10 (if not even less) in the past 8 months. I had no significant increases until this year. I also checked with friends and family with State Farm in California, and they had approximately 17% - 22% increases (which CA approved), not an 82% increase! This is unique to their agency. They are stating that s previously stating that "2 full years have passed since 11/19/2022. A clean driving record with no at-fault accidents or violations is a 0 or SR. Because of this at-fault accident your driver rating should be a 6, but 2 years passed, meaning your driver record is currently now a 4." State Farm billing states that “For every 12 months since the renewal following the occurrence of a chargeable accident or the conviction of a minor violation, the initial assigned Driver Record Level for that chargeable accident or conviction shall be lowered by 1 level.” This agency is stating "Every 12-month period, your driver record would decrease by 1 point, meaning this incident will be on your driver record for 4 more years." In the state of CA, at-fault minor parking lot incident is 1 point and is on record for 3 years. This was not a traffic violation or other serious infraction that would result in a 6 rating or longer lasting record. It does not make sense that they JUST decided to raise my payments by 92% after more than two years of a clean record when I am in year 3 and back to a 0 rating. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. I have obtained four 6-month quotes with other reputable auto insurers with my record that are within $250 of my previous $1257 6-month rate and will no longer do business with Rachel Bhan."

"We chose Rachael Bhan as our insurance agent for both our cars and home when our agent of 25 years retired. We have been thrilled with the work Rachel and her team have done for us. "In May of 2023 we added our teenage daughter to our auto insurance policy and just like the other 3 drivers on this policy they have full coverage, we requested for the same full coverage but State farm failed to add full coverage, as a customer I failed to verify the policy that was sent to me. So of course my newly trained teenager driving in the Bay Area got into an at-fault fender bender. It was then I realized the mistake that State farm made. When I spoke with Brian from Rachal Bahn's office he explained that State farm uses and afterhours underwriter and the initial request to add my daughter was finalized with them, because I didn't catch the error theirs nothing they can do, he said he reached out to Rachel Bahn and she agreed theirs nothing they can do. We've been with State farm for 20 years and pay about $400/ month for auto insurance plus what we pay for homeowners. I will now need to come out of pocket to pay for the damages. All I'm asking for them is to make this right and understand that their is no way I would add a brand new driver without full coverage. I also feel they should of question the fact that a new driver didn't have full coverage. Don't trust these people they will smile to your face but take advantage at every opportunity they have."

Our afterhours representative followed her instructions and issued the policy based on the coverages she wanted. "I had a State Farm agent for over 25 years, and he was great. Of course, he retired and I transferred do a different agent who was not so great. After seeing Rachel's reviews, I decided to give her office a try. Sure enough, I asked a question via email, and got a response the next day. It wasn't Rachel herself, but Elaina was responsive and pleasant! I switched over immediately. I had some changes to make, and before Elizabeth made the changes, she forward me a quote with how the changes would affect my policy. I didn't ask for it, and new what the general outcome would be, but this proactivity surprised me! It's nice to know what the changes would be with a summary of the exact amount. I'm really happy to have switched over!"

"I have been a State Farm customer for decades. A few years back my old agent retired and my policies were transferred over to the Rachel's office. I have been very pleased with Rachel's services as she has a team of highly qualified professionals who promptly answer my calls and take care of all my insurance needs in a very timely manner. Her team certainly meets my expectations. Above and Beyond: A couple of years back we had a major car accident with injuries and we were getting push backs from State Farm claim adjustors for part of the claim and were being transferred from one manager to another. This was starting to get frustrating. I reach out to Rachel directly and explained my situation. She took my concerns very seriously and immediately reached out to State Farm claim adjusters to push my claim forward. She kept her door open for me throughout this claim process to ensured I was getting all the help expected from State Farm claims. This was truly an "above and beyond" for me as most agents in her shoes would have simply just said not my problem - you deal with State Farm claims. Thank you Rachel for all the help, guidance and being on my side!"
